This cheesehead-for-a-day had plenty of great grub ...
When Steve Muck invited me back for another tailgate at Green Bay, I jumped at the chance. I even re-arranged my schedule to hit the Pack in the cold season! I'm told there's nothing like a snowy tailgate in Green Bay...
It didn't snow, but it was cold enough. Lucky thing it was a tailgate. Grills everywhere to warm the inner soul - not to mention FANtastic food and some of the best gates in the league!
Minnessota was playing the Pack, a great conference rival. The Vikings fans came into Green Bay full force. We even had the Mink's Nest from the previous week head over. Mink and Hoss sported a great gate and Hoss fired up some rack of lamb that was to die for.
Buck Steve Muck brought it home once again with a pan -seared boneless, skinless Wild Duck breast with a mushroom-onion sauce! What an amazing dish.
Don't worry, I got the recipe. We'll publish that bad boy here real quick! I can't wait to see what Muck throws down at the NFC-AFC Invitational Taste-Off in Arizona at Super 'Gate 08 this February.
Photo of the Week!

Shots for Food! There's a different twist on things. These ladies had jello shots in an ice chest they were trading for samples from the blacktop's grill masters. Great idea ladies!!!
