Fisherman's Warf! -- and a Sunny Day...
 On Pier 32, Frankie and Mom stop to ride a double decker carousel. We walked the shops and the boys even found a fun puppet shop to play in. We know hwere we'll be Christmas shopping this year. I actually found and NFL Team shop and marveled at all the cool apparel and toys I could, should buy. But alas, we're on a mission for piratey things! And, I hear Fisherman's Wharf is just the place.
As we walked around the outside of the pier, Luc spotted his favorite Sea Lions again. They just all hang out on these docks. I think they took over, but I can't quite remember the history. It's a very cool attraction. Tons of people gather to watch these sea lions, play and swim, but mostly sleep!
Nick decided to give a helping hand - er, mouthful by taking a BITE out of crime. He's swallowing Alcatraz Island as Frankie and Luc are still looking at the Sea Lions. go get 'em Nick...
The silver statue guys mad Luc's day. He even talked them into showing him how it's done. Although Luc would have liked to stay and perfect his art of miming, we had a tailgate party to get to. So, off we go to the Black Hole, The Oakland Raiders Coliseum!
And parking atop the parking structure allowed us a great view of the San Francisco Bay. What a beautiful day to go shopping for piratey things - oh yeah, and great for football and tailgating too! |
